HEY Guys on today’s show i was addressing teenage pregnancy, i was discussing what the governments is doing about the increase and talking about how it effects our Somali community.



SeX eduction is know compulsory at the age 11/12 but with the increase of teenage pregnancy, the government are proposing that
“Sex education for five-year-olds to be made compulsory in schools”

On the show I expressed that I believe that Saturday Somali School should teach young children about sex education, and should have parents and children meeting so they can break the ice and so that the children can build a relationship with their parents so they feel comfortable enough to discuss sex.






Young kid should know what their getting themselve into!!!!!!

I was discussing the reasons, signs and so much more.

You know what I was asking the questions of is cheating okay,

why should people be given a second chance and if so how many chances.

Over 62% of women thought that men cheat more than women.

60% of men and 40% of women are involved in extramarital affair.

Vows are exchanged, promises are made but I was wondering if people sometimes want to change their vows and how can boredom lead to infidelity.

It's a new year , meaning only one thing NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS.
Alot of you emailed me with your new year resolution and let me give you some of my favourites and common ones i kept getting

1. Save money and get out of debt.
2. Lose weight, Fitness First have great deals on membership.
3. Get a job, nowadays it is harder to compete for jobs.
4. Enjoy life more and be happy.
5. Get organized, ‘fail to plan , plan to fail’
6. Fall in love; increase your chances on meeting ‘the one’ by socializing more.( i like this one, its one you don't hear often so it had to go on the list )
7. Spend more time with family.
8. Quit smoking. NHS Quitting scheme, nicotine patches, inhalers.
9. Learn something new. Perfect and develop new skills.

Some people have emailed me saying that they have already failed at their new year resolutions but my advice is before you make a new years resolutions, decide what you really want ,get S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time Bound) AND measure your success.
